¤ Primary Treatment
Triveni provides a comprehensive range of products and technologies deployed in the primary treatment of municipal drinking water treatment. It involves aeration, mixing and chemical conditioning, which is followed by flocculation and physical separation or clarification of suspended impurities. Aeration is usually achieved by means of Cascade Aerators.

Triveni offers a wide range of efficient mixers for mixing. They are provided in both Radial & Axial flow turbine designs. We offer Horizontal and Vertical Flocculation devices for Flocculation. Each of these is available in Radial Turbine and Paddle Wheel designs. Triveni provides the widest range of clarifiers for clarification. They are suitable for both rectangular and circular tank configurations. Circular tank configuration designs include central and peripheral driven Clarifiers, Clariflocculators, Reactor Clarifiers, Tow-bro clarifiers, Rim-Flo Tow-bro clarifiers etc. Clariflocculators are offered. in both central and peripheral driven designs with integral flocculation and clarification units. Solids Contact / Reactor Clarifiers are offered in a single tank with integral mixing, flocculation and clarification unit operations. Configurations for rectangular tank include Traveling Bridge Scrapper mechanisms and Chain & Scrapper Mechanisms.

¤ Secondary Treatment
For municipal drinking water treatment, the secondary treatment is usually provided through rapid gravity sand filters followed by disinfection. Triveni offers rapid gravity sand filters in varying sizes as per clients' requirements.

¤ Post Treatment and Polishing
Continuous Microfiltration Systems
Memcor Microfiltration systems can be provided in two versions. One is pressurized (CMF) and other one is submerged (CMF-S). For the large packages, the advantages of CMF-S preponderates the pressurized systems due to decreased capital or operating cost. It is attained through installation of membrane module in open tanks instead of pressure tubes. Operation of these membranes under low pressure compared to the pressurized membranes.

Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR)
Memcor MBR is a unique wastewater treatment process combining biological treatment and low pressure micro-filtration. They are designed for numerous municipal & industrial applications. They produce high quality treated water with low levels of BOD, suspended solids and nutrients (N&P) as well. To achieve it, highly efficient membrane is continuously being scoured externally. Memcor MBR produce high MLSS level, and is able to reduce sludge yield thus finally reduced sludge de-watering cost. Higher concentration of MLSS reduces biological volume requirement. The membrane tank offers highly space efficient solids separation and it doesn't need a clarifier in the system.
