Type of Products

¤ Bar Screen
A large variety of bar screens are available in various options to meet the particular job requirement in different material of construction, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.

Chain Operated Bar Screen
These bar screens are mainly made of a rake assembly, which slides on properly sized rack assembly. The rake is driven through endless chain on both ends. The chains is carried on two separate sets of sprockets on headshaft and footshaft.

Cable Operated Bar Screen
They are primarily comprised of rake assembly sliding on the rack assembly. It remain engaged on both ends of the channel through sliding rollers or blocks. The rake assembly is driven by the number of sets of cables depending upon the width of the screens.

Cantenary Bar Screen
The cantenary screens are like the chain operated bar screen. But there are no submerged sprockets, instead of that open guides are provided for smooth movement under the wastewater to ensure smooth ride over large debris.

Double Guard Bar Screen
These screens are akin to the chain operated bar screens. However they have double rack so offset and spaced that when the wastewater flows from upstream to downstream across the rack, it flows first through the wider bar spacing and then to the finer bar spacing of up to 6 mm. The double guard bar screens are available up to 3 to 4' width.


¤ Trash Cleaning Machine
Trash Cleaning Machines are mostly used units in the sewage pumping stations ahead of the pump house. They are usually provided ahead of the medium screen in typical wastewater applications. Apart from all, these machines also find major applications in the intake works. Here they are used ahead of the traveling water screen ensuring removal of harsh debris prior to the water reaches the traveling water screen.

We provide trash cleaning machine available in guided & non-guided options. As the name suggest the guided option is provided where the channel width is limited. It's single unit is able to clean the entire rack width in a single stroke. In the non-guided option, these units are usually provided with a traversing option. The machine moves from one end of the bay to the other and in the process the cleaning machine cleans the entire width of the rack in steps. Fully automated or semi-automatic drive control are provided to achieve this depending upon the client's requirements.

For normal surface water application, these machines can be supplied in carbon steel construction and for sea water applications it is provided in stainless steel construction.





¤ Traveling Water Screen
The traveling water screen efficiently removes debris from intake water sources. It ensures the water is properly screened before it is taken into the industrial water system, either by gravity or through pumping mains. These screens are available in all possible options of :

• Thru Flow
• Dual Flow
• Centre Flow

The traveling water screens can be operated either continuously or intermittently. It can be provided with baskets either in metallic or non-metallic construction with varying mesh sizes. Efficient nozzles are provided with the high pressure spraying system. It ensures effective and efficient cleaning of the screens as it returns to the water flow. These screens can be provided either in carbon steel construction for normal surface water application or in stainless steel construction for sea water application.

Trash Racks
